Let's work together to strengthen the Yellow Ribbon Run in Europe!
Yellow Ribbon Czech Republic and The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service are excited to host the Annual Strategic Meeting - Round Table 2025 in Prague.
Bring together representatives from the 2023 and 2025 Roundtables
Share experiences and best practices from implementing the Yellow Ribbon Run in their countries. Inspire each other to continue this important work. Evaluate the initiative's impact and identify areas for improvement.We believe this meeting will be a valuable opportunity to strengthen our collaboration and ensure the continued success of the Yellow Ribbon Run across Europe.
Currently involved countries are: Norway, Latvia, Poland, Romania. And of course Croatia and Lithuania where the first Yellow Ribbon runs were held.
Yellow Ribbon Run in the Czech Republic will continue to be a key tool for raising awareness and directly supporting integration.Expansion of running activities and "Yellow Ribbon Days" to other Europe areas.
The long-term vision for the Yellow Ribbon Run hub:
“The Hub” aims to become a European-recognised centre of good practice that effectively links awareness about people with criminal past. Through this comprehensive support, we together contribute to a safer and more inclusive society in Europe.
Cooperation & Partnership
With the support of our Norwegian partner The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service we want to share this idea within the Yellow Ribbon project with other partners from abroad – together we grow into a European partnership Table. Together with our partners, we want to develop a strategy to spread the idea of the Yellow Ribbon in other European countries.
Program
The program is prepared in such a way that we strengthen mutual cooperation, the community and implement other strategic steps to better integrate people with a criminal past.
